Asset Canvas workflow, stronger scene authoring, and desktop stability
ForgeaX Studio 0.3.23 brings the Asset Canvas workflow, clearer scene authoring boundaries, stable game-based projects, and fixes for desktop navigation, Play startup, preview assets, and local runtime setup.
Asset Canvas and game projects
- Asset Canvas is now integrated with a shared Workbench Host, unifying asset orchestration, model services, and media adapters.
- Games are now the project unit, bringing video-game and
wb-game-videoworkflows into a stable integration path.
Scene authoring and runtime
- Scene creation, duplication, deletion, default scenes, and field editing now have clearer and safer authoring boundaries.
- A headless AI carrier supervisor and Wave 1 gameplay carrier compatibility improve local runtime workflows.
Desktop and local development fixes
- Packaged desktop navigation restores Tauri IPC, so native actions such as Open Project respond again.
- Open Project can use local directories outside the gameroot.
- Play startup, preview asset paths, WebGL2 FXAA fallback, and scene saving are more reliable.
- Studio startup avoids duplicate tabs and is more resilient when initializing local workspaces and submodules.
